North Hollywood, CA North Hollywood, CA Full-time Full-time $16 - $20 an hour $16 - $20 an hour Established Property Management company is seeking a Full-Time Porter for numerous apartment buildings to be cleaned daily.
The position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:
30 pm.
We provide all major holiday's off, one floating holiday and your birthday off as well.
The position requires you to have and maintain your own vehicle for work and transporting cleaning supplies from building to building.
Proof of automobile insurance required.
Bi-weekly gas allowance and monthly tool allowance given.
Travel distance is primarily the Valley, Newhall and LA.
The ideal starter position for anyone looking to grow and train in the maintenance field with opportunities to move up into new positions including technician, painter, plumber and HVAC.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
Regular cleanings of building common areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, hallways, stairs and apartment space.
Vacant unit cleaning for move-ins and touch up cleaning for new move-ins as well.
Removing trash from special projects and garbage containers Clean debris from sidewalks Assists with maintenance installations as needed.
Report leaks and damage at buildings Job requirements include:
Previous cleaning experience interior/exterior Reliable transportation that can be used for work purposes Knowledgeable with a cellphone Benefit Conditions:
