Is to process various transactions, including but not limited to the following:
Work in collaboration with Customer Representatives of the company Correct discrepancies and ensure accounts are properly billed and payments are received in a timely manner.
Send customer statements and invoices when requested.
Invoice orders in a timely manner in the accounting software for furniture and textiles Post customer payment by recording checks, ACH, wires, and credit card transactions and daily basics.
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
Prepare bank deposits daily.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all commissions and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify discrepancies and assist customer service with resolving clients' billing issues.
Generate an accounts receivable report detailing account status by customers.
Assist with Job travelers.
Assist with inventory count when required.
Assist with other ad hoc reports.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
