Agency uses AMS360 Management System.
The CSR position will do the Clerical duties of processing the new business into the agency and answering questions from the client's incoming phone calls The position entails the processing of carrier Downloads into our management system.
Assisting clients who come to office with questions or payments for coverage.
Answering phone calls from existing or prospective new clients, assisting with their questions, or transferring phone calls to the appropriate person within the office.
Documenting calls, email activities and posting transactions in management system.
Process New Business Policy requests and Endorsements to be worked or those that are received by the agency.
Bill clients for outstanding receivables due.
Process incoming Mail or email requests from carriers or clients.
Uploading and scanning of documents into Management system.
Any other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
