Construction Manager Must be Bilingual - Spanish and English Key Requirements:

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm (LA time).
Driver's License Required Key
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the full construction life cycle of multi-family residential projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
Lead on-site construction teams with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.
Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.
Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Foster open communication with project stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.

Highly Energetic:
Display enthusiasm and energy in approaching tasks and collaborating with team members.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills:
