Seeking EXPERIENCED (minimum two years) and PROFESSIONAL candidate to assist in the management of a mixed use portfolio of one commercial office property located in North Hollywood, three retail centers located in Moorpark, Camarillo, and Ventura County.
Required skill-set is not limited to the following:
excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluid in Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with Yardi accounting software; invoice coding; vendor contract negotiation/administration; lease administration; risk management; financial reporting; budget preparation; utility calculations; gross sales & percentage rent administration; rent collection experience.
