Plumbing General Manager

Someone who is looking to grow and can manage a team of 10-20 service plumbers as well as the P&L.

Required:
- 5 years of Commercial service experience
- P&L, KPI, strong understanding
- High School Diploma or greater
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Must have strong skillset in plumbing products, installation, and mechanical understanding
- Strong understanding of Plumbing functions
- Management experince
- Field Experience
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in contract negotiation
- Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
