Summary:
We are seeking for Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accuracy of coding and approvals - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process bi weekly check runs - Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and time management skills Job Type:
