Business Change Manager - Remote - PS2066
This is a work from home opportunity but the selected candidate must reside near an Anthem office, as you may need to work from the office as needed/required by leadership. The location preference for this position is Atlanta, GA, St. Louis, MO, Mason, OH, Virginia Beach, Virginia, or Wallingford, CT.
This position is part of the Pharmacy Transition Management Office focused on the migration of our pharmacy business. Responsible for working with pharmacy management to identify and implement programs and plans that support the achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
?Identifies, drives and directs potential issues, project change, and scope.
?Leads Change Management governance committees related to migration activities.
?Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources to help remove barriers and meet deliverables.
?Develops, designs and rollout processes, systems and solutions that support business needs.
?Negotiates solutions with internal and external partners/vendors.
?Designs and manages methods for integrating function and process.
?Conducts cost/benefit analyses as well as monitors budget; builds support for change and rigor throughout the business unit.
?Planning, coordinating, and managing weekly meetings between business and IT groups.
? Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field;
? 5 years of project management experience that includes experience in large scale, cross departmental project governance with significant operating budget.; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
? Planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership experience is required.
? Pharmacy operations experience required.
? Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Project strongly preferred.
? Expert skill level with Excel and PowerPoint required.
? Comfort and skill in interacting with high level executive leadership required.
? Ability to communicate complex scenarios to executive leadership required.
? Vendor management preferred.
? Ability to travel is required.
? PMP preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
